RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
- The company offers no return policy. The Product once sold will not be taken back.
- Under peculiar circumstances, the product(s) may only be returned or exchanged within 07 days after delivery, if the product is unused and that all of the seal, boxes, and other packing are still attached.
- The products are eligible for Returns/ Exchanges if they fulfil the following conditions:
- The seal or the cap of the bottle has not been broken.
- Unopened packaging
- The item has physical damage on delivery.
- Requests for returns and exchanges will be checked over and approved by Kalimera Gold.
REFUND POLICY
- Upon receipt and approval of return products, a refund of your amount, excluding shipping, will be processed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If your order has not yet been dispatched or shipped, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. If the order is in transit, the shipping costs will be subtracted, and the balance will be credited to your account/ wallet.

- There are no separate Cancellation charges.
